Cancellation policy
Effective date: 23 October 2026
This policy explains how to stop a DairyBook subscription and how payment and refund requests are handled.
Canceling a subscription
DairyBook eSewa ePay v2 payments are one-time payments and do not auto-renew. You will not be charged again automatically. To stop using the service, contact DairyBook support and request account closure. Your paid access remains available until the end of the period already paid for, unless access must be limited for security, misuse, or legal reasons.
Renewal
To continue after the paid period, an owner must choose a plan and complete another eSewa payment. The current subscription page shows the plan and subscription status. A payment is recognized only after DairyBook verifies it with eSewa.
Refund requests
Because a subscription provides access to a digital service, a completed payment is generally not refundable for an unused or partially used period, except where applicable law requires a refund or where a payment was duplicated, incorrectly collected, or the service was not activated after successful payment. We review each request and will explain the outcome.
To request a refund review, provide the dairy account phone number, plan, approximate payment date, and eSewa transaction or reference ID. Do not send your eSewa password, PIN, or one-time code. Approved refunds will be processed using the available eSewa merchant process or another lawful method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Payment failure or pending status
If eSewa shows a successful payment but DairyBook still shows a pending or failed result, do not pay again immediately. Refresh the subscription page after a short wait. If the status remains unresolved, contact support with the transaction UUID and reference ID so we can check the payment with eSewa.
Contact
Use the DairyBook support contact provided with your account or on the DairyBook website for cancellation and refund requests.
