1. The service

DairyBook provides digital tools for maintaining dairy business records, including milk purchases, sales, contacts, payments, balances, and reports. Features may change as the product develops. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that staff, vendors, and customers receive appropriate access. 3. Plans, price, and payment

The currently offered prices are NPR 1,000 for one month and NPR 10,000 for one year, as displayed at checkout. Prices may change for a future subscription period with notice. A 30-day trial is offered to eligible new dairy accounts. Paid access begins only after eSewa confirms the payment and DairyBook activates the subscription.

Payment details are entered on eSewa; DairyBook receives transaction and confirmation information needed to reconcile and activate the plan. eSewa’s own terms also apply. ePay v2 payments are one-time payments and do not automatically renew; renew your plan manually before the displayed expiry date to continue uninterrupted access.

You may stop using DairyBook and request account closure. We may suspend or end access for material breach, security concerns, non-payment after a paid period expires, or where required by law. 6. Disclaimers and liability

DairyBook is a record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax, legal, or business advice. You must keep independent records appropriate to your business. To the extent allowed by applicable law, DairyBook is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
